We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing — you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel your subscription, use the billing portal at macropulse.live/billing/portal or email support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we believe the Service was abused, including but not limited to bulk data extraction, API key sharing, or violation of our Terms of Service.
