1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MacroPulse API, dashboard, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MacroPulse provides a subscription-based API delivering quantitative macroeconomic data, statistical model outputs, and regime indicators derived from publicly available financial data sources. The Service is a data and software product — it does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a regulated financial service.

3. No Financial Advice

All data, signals, and outputs provided by MacroPulse are for informational and research purposes only. MacroPulse is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. API Key and Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key.
• You must not share your API key with third parties or use it to resell or redistribute MacroPulse data.
• You must notify us immediately at support@macropulse.live if you suspect unauthorized use of your key.
• MacroPulse reserves the right to revoke keys that violate these terms.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Personal research and backtesting
• Building internal trading tools and dashboards
• Incorporating signals into your own proprietary strategies
• Academic and educational purposes

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute MacroPulse data or API access to third parties
• Use the Service to build a competing data or signal service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying models or scrape data beyond your API allocation
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Exceed your plan's request limits through automated abuse

7. Rate Limits and Fair Use

Each plan is subject to daily request limits as described on the pricing page. Exceeding limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Systematic attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.

8. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

MacroPulse makes reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any output. Model outputs are statistical estimates and may be incorrect. Past regime performance does not guarantee future results. Use at your own risk.

9. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our authorized reseller. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. MacroPulse may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
